Liza started her professional writing career in January 2024 after a decade in technology sales.  Her previous companies include ZEFR, Stick.ai (acquired by Google), and Convoy (acquired by Flexport).  Prior to growing revenue for fast growing companies, Liza served as a personal assistant in Los Angeles, CA.  She graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts in History. 

Now into adulthood, Liza feels pushed to share her coming of age story of a young woman whose mother experiences the progression of ALS from a tick bite. Her memoir, set for publication in early 2026, takes the reader on a journey from growing up in an East Coast family to her adulthood and raising her daughters while reflecting on the impact that her mother’s disease had on her throughout the years.
